Four quick steps

Every adult financial member can vote; youth and child memberships do not carry a vote. The executive positions were uncontested, so the form only lists the general committee nominees.

    Get the voting form as a PDF and print it, or fill it in on your device.

    Fill in your details

    Write your full name and membership number. A vote without both is invalid.

  3. 3

    Tick up to 8 nominees

    Choose the committee members you want. Ticking more than eight makes the ballot invalid.

  4. 4

    Return it before the deadline

    Email it to the Secretary at secretary@oceansports.co.nz, drop it in the voting box at the club, or post it to 1100A Port Road, Whangamata. Voting closes Friday 2 October 2026, 5:00pm.
